The ICHIOKA Kokusai Kyoiku Kyokai, ICHIOKA International Educational Association, helps foreign people to improve their skills in speaking Japanese and also assists their understanding of Japanese culture.
One-on-One lessons for approximately 1.5 hours will be given by volunteer staff members on Fridays at 7p.m.
